STORY BEHIND THIS WINE
Zweigelt is Austria's most planted red grape variety and sits somewhere on the crossroads of Pinot Noir and Beaujolias in terms of style and profile. While still relatively unknown in these shores it is the classic summer-into-autumn type red. Franz Turk is regularly hailed as one of Austria's outstanding producers of poised and sophisticated wines. He's done it again here. Elegant in name and elegant in execution.
